Website and booking storage

Fonts and images are served with the website. The booking calendar is provided by HighLevel and loads only when you open it. Once open, it stores HighLevel’s own visitor analytics in your browser (entries such as ghl_analytics_user_id and session history) and loads fonts from Google. Opening it is your request to use it, so it does not wait for the cookie banner.

Your cookie choices

The cookie banner is provided by CookieYes. It asks for your choice before any optional tool runs, and you can change that choice at any time from the cookie settings link at the bottom of the page or CookieYes’s own button.

cookieyes-consent	A strictly necessary cookie that records which categories you allowed, so the banner does not ask again. It lasts up to one year and contains no name, email or advertising identifier.

Optional tools, only if you allow them

These stay off until you allow their category in the cookie banner. Rejecting them does not change how the website works.

Tool Purpose and storage

Warm AI (Analytics) Records which pages are visited and identifies the companies whose staff visit the website, so we can follow up with relevant firms. It may also identify individual visitors in the United States through its partner RB2B; it does not do so for visitors in the UK or EU. Sets the cookies warm_device_id (one year), _reb2buid (about one year), _reb2bgeo (20 days) and _reb2bsessionID (the current visit). Keeps warm_device_id, warm_session and _reb2buid in local storage, and _p_session and radar_sn_ entries in session storage, which are cleared when you close the tab. Estimates your location from your IP address using ip-api. Data is processed in the United States.

Forms, calculator and links

Calculator values stay in the current page. The calendar sends your booking details, and the briefing pack form your work email, to us through HighLevel. Visiting a news publisher takes you to a separate service with its own practices.

This notice will be updated to identify any new technologies, their purposes and controls before they are introduced.
