What we collect and why

WhenWhat we collect, what we use it for, and our legal basis
You book a callYour name, email address, any phone number, company and answers you give, and the time you choose. We use them to arrange and hold the call, prepare for it, and follow up about a possible pilot. This is a step you ask us to take before any agreement, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

You allow Analytics in the cookie bannerWarm AI records the pages you visit, your IP address, browser and device details and approximate location, and uses them to identify the company you work for. For visitors in the United States, its partner RB2B may also match a visit to a name, work email address, job title and LinkedIn profile. It does not do so for visitors in the UK or EU. We use this to understand which firms are interested in Amfim and to follow up with relevant ones. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Every visitOur host records technical details such as IP address, browser and the pages requested, to deliver the website and keep it secure. CookieYes records your cookie choice. This is our legitimate interest in running a secure website, and a legal requirement to keep a record of consent.

We do not use personal information to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects, and the website is not intended for anyone under 18.

Where it is processed

We are based in the United States, and our providers process information mainly in the United States. If you are outside the United States, your information is transferred there. How long we keep it

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To use any of these rights, email support@scalesystems.io. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will reply within one month, or within 45 days where US state law allows that period, and tell you if we need longer. If we decline your request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our decision, and we will tell you the outcome and how to complain.

To change your cookie choice, use the cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a refusal of Analytics. Every email we send about a pilot lets you stop further messages.

If you are in the United Kingdom, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. If you are in the European Union, you can complain to your local data protection authority. If you are in the United Arab Emirates, you can complain to the UAE Data Office. We would welcome the chance to resolve your concern first.
