These terms cover your use of the website only. The Amfim service, including any pilot, is provided under a separate written agreement that sets out its scope, price and terms. Nothing on this website is an offer that becomes a contract when accepted.

The website describes the Amfim service for general information. It is not legal, regulatory, compliance, financial or other professional advice. In particular:

• Calculator results are based on the assumptions you enter. They are illustrations, not forecasts or guarantees.
• Except where we say a post or profile is a real example, profiles, statements and figures are illustrative and are not client testimonials or results.
• News headlines link to their publishers. We do not control or endorse their content, and publisher names and marks identify sources without implying endorsement.
